stress less workshop

Be inspired to manage your stress! Come and join us and discover how to ‘Stress Less’. Acquire new perspectives on how stress may be affecting your health, and gain insight and experience a myriad of ways to deal with the various stressors that may be affecting your life.

Stress is, unfortunately, a reality of our lives today. It plays an unprecedented role in the development of illness, disease and distraction from the enjoyment of life. Stress can also be a factor in infertility issues. Stress Management, therefore, can play a valuable role as part of a treatment plan for all health issues.

Come away with a ‘Stress Less’ virtual tool-belt with valuable and practical stress management tools, including: diet & lifestyle suggestions,  mindfulness approaches to changing thought patterns, meditation, affirmations and flower essences.

Each participant will leave the ‘Stress Less’ workshop with an individually tailored flower essence, included in the course fee.  The workshop is designed to be an enjoyable day in a relaxed setting with instruction, suggestions, group discussion, relaxation exercises and activities. All materials are supplied and a healthful lunch provided. BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
