Come away with a ‘Stress Less’ virtual tool-belt with valuable and practical stress management tools, including: diet & lifestyle suggestions, mindfulness approaches to changing thought patterns, meditation, affirmations and flower essences.
Each participant will leave the ‘Stress Less’ workshop with an individually tailored flower essence, included in the course fee. The workshop is designed to be an enjoyable day in a relaxed setting with instruction, suggestions, group discussion, relaxation exercises and activities. Your ‘Stress Less’ hosts:
Sue Halliday is a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist, Natural Fertility Educator, Massage Therapist and founder of ‘Crafting Health’, a complementary health practice. She regularly runs ‘Crafty Stress Management’ courses, in which hands-on crafting is presented as an informal meditation practice.
Gina Fox has worked as a Naturopath for 10 years. Her work at Fertile Ground Health Group is primarily with women’s health issues and fertility related health. Gina has completed a meditation teacher training with the widely respected Ian Gawler foundation.
